Human body depends on water for various body functions and not just quench our thirst. Every body organ is dependant on water for its functions. 

SIDE EFFECTS OF LESS WATER INTAKE

If suffiecient water isnt taken then it will lead to various ill effects like

  2. fatigue,
  3. irritability,
  4. headache,
  5. constipation,
  6. indigestion, 
  7.  muscle cramps,
  8. nervous weakness,
  9. mood swings,
  10. dry mouth, dry skin ,dry eyes 
  11.  urinary tract infections etc.
